Path of Unfoldment – 2023
The Path of Unfoldment is a Process for both beginner's and more trained meditators that want to have an in-depth experience of meditation techniques and the power they have to transform your life completely.
In Western countries, more and more people are turning to meditation to improve their quality of life, deepen their inner self or learn to manage their emotions.
Why this course?
The PoU method is a powerful and transformative learning experience.
In this course you will learn the BASICS of Mindfulness and Meditation beyond cultures, traditions and schools. You will be able to integrate these practices easily into your life and adapt them to your routine or lifestyle, as the method is customizable.
The contents of the course are very practical. They combine explanations and reflections on the processes of the mind and body, with practical exercises on the mechanisms of thought, attention, relaxation, meditation and yoga-like conscious movements.
With this course you will acquire the knowledge, mental strength and courage to transform your life, bringing you peace and happiness. And, by transforming your life, you will contribute your grain of sand to transform this world into a better world.
- You will receive an accredited training certificate, endorsed by the IFSU Foundation worldwide.
- If you are thinking of training as a teacher, this course corresponds to module P01 of the IFSU teacher training.

The POU method
As taught by the IFSU International Foundation for Spiritual Unfoldment, since 1976.
It is a simple theoretical-practical method to transform your life into well-being day by day. It gradually introduces the practice of meditation and mindfulness every day, with a system of techniques based on observation, experimentation and reason. It deepens the self-knowledge of the self and leads to personal integration.
The knowledge and techniques that you will learn have a millenary origin and have been masterfully selected and structured by Gururaj Ananda Yogi, who created the POU method, a simple, practical and effective method for all people. The goodness of this method is based on universal and particular teachings at the same time, because it adapts to each person according to their needs, way of life and natural tendencies. Meditation is taught from a practical and scientific point of view but integrating the spiritual dimension of the person.
The POU method combines a complete and individualized set of formal and non-formal meditation practices that make it possibly one of the best meditation methods taught in the world today. This protocol has proven to be a very useful and effective tool, creating personal well-being, connecting you with your true nature and helping you to take control of your mind.
In this meditation and mindfulness course you will find the keys to transform your life.
How does the course work?
- Face-to-face or on-line meetings every week. One day a week, we will all meet together. In this weekly meeting, we will practice some technique, we will deepen in some topic, we will solve doubts or, we will share experiences.
- Group meditations by ZOOM of 1 hour (various times to choose during the week).
- Support material: development of the topics, downloadable dossier, weekly practices, audiovisual material, guided practices and personalized accompaniment.
- Accreditation certificate endorsed worldwide by the IFSU Foundation.
- It corresponds to module P01 of the IFSU teacher training.
Each week you will have at your disposal the lesson of the week, a downloadable dossier, videos with explanations of the most important concepts and techniques, guided practices and complementary material.
One day a week, we will all meet in a webinar (on-line meeting) or in person, depending on the course. In this weekly meeting, we will practice some technique, deepen in some topic, solve doubts or simply share experiences.
Once a week you will also have to do an on-line group meditation. These meditations last approximately 1 hour and you have several schedules to choose from during the week.
