I began meditating with AMS after my sister Lynsey from England came to visit in 1996.  I was initiated by Vidya and Roopa and later was initiated as a prep teacher.  My full teacher was Jaisha.  I have also been initiated in the 1st and 2nd mandala practices.

My current favorite quote from a teacher Satyananda:  “Realization consists in getting rid of the false idea that one is not realized.”
