Do you want to know and practice one of the most effective disciplines to find your inner balance? Do you want to learn to live day by day, just like that? To silence the noise of your mind? If you want to know what meditation, mindfulness or mindfulness practices are all about, this is your course. We teach step by step different classical techniques, based on tradition, with a practical and simple approach.
Because, believe it or not, «meditation is simple, what is difficult is being simple», as the founder of the IFSU (International Foundation for Spiritual Unfoldment), Gururaj Ananda Yogi, said.
Our system incorporates what is essential within all meditation and spiritual practices methods. From MBSR and MBCT protocols, to the different contemplative traditions within every wisdom and spiritual traditions including of course all semitic traditions
Our school is non-denominational but it takes into consideration the spiritual aspect of the human condition. It understands and embraces all spiritual traditions and approaches the complexity of daily life from a humanistic and scientific perspective, without forgetting the vertical integration that «Self Realization» implies. This course will provide you, above all, with practical tools to see and look at your environment and yourself in a different way.
If you want to learn to live day by day, without more; to discard your mental noise, to bring awareness and presence to your life; and to accompany your steps with you and your environment, give yourself this time and learn with us. An opportunity to train your mind and open your heart to a space that you carry within.
This is module P01 of our teacher training program and adds 10 credits towards our certification of Meditation and Mindfulness Teachers. A comprehensive and in-depth 3 year training to become a meditation and mindfulness teacher.

I’m logged into to IFSU on the website on my iPhone and the progress bar indicates how far I am in PoU2. However the website says I don’t have access to the class materials.
Hi Beth, I don’t know why that is happening. It should not because you are asigned to the course. Does it happen only in your phone or it happens only in your phone? Make sure you are logged in from your phone. That is also important. Let me know if it continues to happen so that we can investigate the bug
Some suggestions:
1. Would be good if program would remember which lesson number was last used.
2. Would be helpful if arrow buttons to be on the bottom of the page also.
