I have been actively meditating since 2014 when I was a member of FISU when I lived in the UK. I moved to Spain in 2019 and have since reconnected with my meditations and recently met with Raman quickly followed by a visit and stay at the Ashram La Perla, where I have now begun my teacher training.

I am separated, run my own life coaching and mentoring and makeover business in the South Costa Blanca in Spain, where I help people embrace the journey of becoming wo they truly are.
